A special day for families to enjoy the downtown Lancaster Farmers Market!
3 programs offered:
- Seed Money - Kids ages 5-12 will receive $10 of Seed Money coupons to shop the market. Explore the market as a family while kids shop the various local vendors.
- Coupons available on a first come first serve basis, while supplies last. Parent or guardian must sign in at the Market Tent.
- Fruit & Vegetable Coupon Distribution - Produce Perks Midwest will be providing coupons worth $140 for free fresh fruits & veggies to eligible families.
- Fairfield County WIC - will distribute Farmers Market Nutrition Program coupons to active WIC recipients.
Special community guests with free activities for kids:
- 9am-12pm: AHA! Children's Museum will be providing a free activity for kids
- 9:30am: Storytime with the Fairfield County District Library (last one at the Farmer's Market for the season!)
- Squirrel Scout Outdoor School will be hosting a free kids activity
- Lancaster Fairfield Community Action Early Childhood Programs rock painting for kids
